The Trelleborg Performer BLOC-END® Coupling is a lightweight, reusable flanged connection system designed for Trelleborg Performer abrasive material handling hoses. It provides a quick and practical method of connecting hose assemblies used for hydraulic and pneumatic transfer of abrasive materials.
For ultra-high abrasion applications, pair this coupling with the Trelleborg Performer Ceramic Abrasive Material S&D Hose.
The split coupling design allows Performer hose to be cut to the required length on site or during assembly, with no specialist hose-cutting equipment required. The face of the coupling acts as a cutting guide, while the flange can be adjusted during installation to simplify alignment.
Each complete BLOC-END® coupling comprises two half shells, gasket, bolts, nuts and washers. The coupling can also be removed from a damaged hose and reused on a replacement length, helping reduce replacement time and component costs.
BLOC-END® couplings use standardised flange drilling and are available for hose sizes from 25mm to 400mm ID. Maximum working pressure is 10 bar for sizes up to and including 150mm ID, and 5 bar for sizes above 150mm ID. The 350mm coupling is PN10 only.
