About Our Smoothbore Hoses

Smoothbore PTFE hoses are engineered for demanding transfer applications where hygiene, chemical resistance, and temperature stability are critical. The smooth, non-stick PTFE liner prevents product build-up and contamination, supporting efficient cleaning and consistent flow.

Combined with a 304 stainless steel braid, these hoses deliver high pressure capability, excellent flexibility, and long-term reliability. Smoothbore PTFE hoses are widely used in pharmaceutical, food and beverage, biotechnology, chemical processing, and industrial fluid transfer systems.

Suitable for both static and dynamic installations, smoothbore PTFE hoses can be supplied bare or assembled with a wide range of standard and bespoke end fittings, including sanitary and flanged connections.
