Convoluted PTFE Hoses
PTFE convoluted hoses are highly flexible transfer hoses designed for applications where routing space is limited or movement and vibration are present. They feature a chemically resistant PTFE liner with a convoluted profile for tight bend radii and a durable 304 stainless steel braid for strength and pressure capability. Ideal for pharmaceutical, food and beverage, biotech, chemical and general industrial processes.

Hose Couplings & Fittings
Hose couplings and fittings are essential components used to connect, adapt, or control the flow of fluid in various hose assemblies. These components can be found in a myriad of applications such as water supply, hydraulic systems, and industrial processes. Couplings come in different shapes, materials, and sizes - ranging from simple clamps and sleeves to more complex quick-connect or threaded fixtures.

Hose Clips & Clamps
Hose clips and clamps are mechanical devices specifically designed to secure hoses onto fittings, thereby preventing unwanted fluid leakage or detachment. These components are vital in various applications, such as automotive systems, industrial machinery, and plumbing. Made from materials like stainless steel, plastic, or even heavy-duty rubber, hose clips and clamps can range from simple wire forms to more elaborate quick-release or adjustable types.

A premium convoluted PTFE hose designed for installations that require maximum flexibility without compromising on chemical resistance, cleanliness and temperature performance. The convoluted PTFE liner allows a tighter bend radius than smoothbore hoses, making it easier to route through confined spaces or dynamic systems. A 304 stainless steel braid provides pressure strength, durability and resistance to vibration while maintaining flexibility.
Widely used across pharmaceutical, food and beverage, biotech, chemical and general industrial processes, this hose is ideal where a lightweight but chemically resistant transfer line is required. It can be supplied bare or assembled with a wide range of end fittings to suit your system, including BSP/NPT threads, Tri-Clamp or sanitary connections, flanged ends and cam & groove couplings. Options such as anti-static (carbon-filled) liners, ATEX suitability and bespoke assemblies are available on request.
Key Features:
-
Extreme flexibility: Convoluted PTFE liner allows tight bend radius and easy routing
-
Exceptional chemical resistance: Suitable for aggressive fluids and solvents
-
Non-stick, self-draining bore: Minimises product build-up and contamination risk
-
Wide temperature range: Reliable from –70 °C up to +260 °C
-
304 stainless steel braid: High pressure capability with long flex life and vibration resistance
-
Food & pharmaceutical safe: Manufactured from FDA-compliant materials
