Description
IPL Plutone A is a transparent PVC-P food grade hose reinforced with a high tensile steel spiral, designed for suction and delivery of food liquids in processing and agricultural environments. The smooth internal bore enhances flow properties and allows easy cleaning after use, while the clear wall enables immediate visual identification of the transferred media.
The hose offers good resistance to weathering and several chemicals, making it suitable for a wide range of food transfer applications. It can be made conductive (R < 10² Ohm/m) by grounding the steel spiral where required.
Plutone A is compliant with EU 10/2011 (Classes A, B, C, D1) and FDA regulations 178.3790 and 176.170, and is suitable for milk and dairy by-products. It is widely used for suction and delivery of beverages, fruit juices, milk, wine and liquors with up to 50% alcohol concentration.
