Description
IPL EOLO PU FOOD is a transparent ether-based TPU suction hose reinforced with an ivory anti-shock rigid PVC spiral. It is designed for food handling applications requiring flexibility, durability and high hygiene standards.
The hose features a perfectly smooth internal surface to optimise flow and facilitate cleaning, with a corrugated external profile for flexibility and mechanical strength. Wall thickness ranges from 0.4 mm to 0.8 mm, offering an excellent balance between light weight and performance.
EOLO PU FOOD provides excellent resistance to abrasion, microbes and hydrolysis, while maintaining high mechanical properties and flexibility. Thicker versions are available for suction of highly abrasive materials.
The hose is food grade according to FDA CFR 21-177.2600 (dry, aqueous and fatty foods) and EU 10/2011 (Classes A, B, C, D2, E). The spiral is also food grade.
An antistatic version with copper cord is available on request.
