The Renus Ball Valve is a type of quarter-turn valve which uses a hollow, perforated, and pivoting ball (referred to as a "ball") to control flow through it. It is known for its swift and secure shut-off capabilities. While "Renus" might not be a known brand as of my last update in September 2021, ball valves, in general, are widely utilized in various industries due to their reliable performance and simple design.
