Description
IPL Urano HD Super is a heavy duty PVC-P spiral hose internally lined with a thick anti-abrasive TPU layer, designed for suction and discharge of highly abrasive materials in construction and industrial applications. The hose features a blue PVC-P outer wall reinforced with an anti-shock rigid PVC spiral and a smooth red TPU inner lining.
The internal TPU liner, up to 2.2 mm thick, provides exceptional resistance to abrasion and vacuum performance, making Urano HD Super one of the most durable hoses in its class. The internal surface is completely smooth to optimise flow, while the outer surface is semi-rigid for strength and handling stability.
Compared to conventional rubber hoses, Urano HD Super is lighter and more flexible while maintaining excellent mechanical strength and structural integrity. Upon request, it can be manufactured in an antistatic version with a brass-plated steel wire embedded within the plastic wall to further enhance abrasion resistance and conductivity (Code UH 02).
