Description
IPL Spiralpress Oil is a special PVC-NBR tanker drop hose designed for suction and discharge of petroleum products and gasoline with aromatic content up to 50%. Manufactured with a black PVC-NBR tube and reinforced with an anti-shock rigid PVC spiral and polyester yarn, it provides a lightweight and flexible alternative to conventional rubber oil hoses.
The exposed spiral construction reduces friction when dragging the hose across surfaces, improving handling during tanker and transfer operations. A copper wire embedded beneath the PVC spiral allows the hose to be made conductive (R<10² Ohm/m) by earthing, providing additional safety when handling flammable liquids.
Spiralpress Oil offers excellent resistance to oils and lubricants while remaining lighter and more flexible than traditional rubber alternatives.
