IPL Plutone A SE is a super flexible transparent PVC-P hose reinforced with a high-strength steel spiral, designed for suction and delivery of food liquids and beverages. Its smooth internal surface enhances flow properties while allowing easy cleaning after use, and the clear wall enables visual identification of the media being transferred.
The hose offers excellent flexibility combined with good resistance to weathering and several chemicals. When required, Plutone A SE can be made conductive (R < 10² Ohm/m) by grounding the steel spiral, providing additional safety in static-sensitive applications.
Plutone A SE is food grade according to EU 10/2011 (Classes A, B, C, D1) and FDA Regulations 178.3790 and 176.170. It is suitable for milk and dairy by-products and is widely used in food processing and agricultural environments.
