Description
IPL Cleanwash is a flexible food grade PVC-P hose designed specifically for high pressure cleaning and sanitation in the food processing industry. Manufactured in light blue with a white liner and reinforced with double high tenacity polyester yarn, it is developed for demanding cleaning operations involving hot water and sanitising solutions.
The hose features a completely smooth internal and external surface to enhance flow properties and allow easy cleaning and sterilisation processes. The outer cover is made with a special grease-proof formulation to increase resistance during cleaning and disinfection operations within food processing environments.
Cleanwash is designed for delivery of hot water and cleaning solutions and can reach 50 bar at 70°C. It is easy to handle and flexible, while offering resistance to ozone, weathering, most detergents and chemicals. The hose is food grade according to EU 10/2011 (classes A, B, C).
Available on request, and subject to agreed quantities, alternative colour versions include yellow, red and green.
