Side Guards

Side guards are safety devices installed on the sides of large vehicles, such as trucks and buses, to prevent pedestrians, cyclists, and motorcyclists from being swept under the vehicle in the event of a collision. Side guards are typically made of strong, durable materials like steel or aluminum and are designed to be mounted to the frame of the vehicle. They extend downward from the bottom of the trailer or body and create a barrier between the wheels and other components of the vehicle and vulnerable road users.
